Be Good. Be Stoiciser

"No Emotional, No Fun!"

Maybe those words can be used as an excuse when we can no longer control our emotions when facing a problem. Often, we are too ahead of feelings rather than logic, and in the end, we become easily angry, cry or stay silent. But the more we get older, the more we grow up and are made aware of many experiences. That experience is our basis for being able to change to be wiser in a situation that is not okay. The more mature the more we know that not everything can be according to our will, the more mature the more aware we are that we have hoped too much for human expectations, even though we forget that there is a substance that always accepts us home in joy and sorrow, won't even refuse to give us a hug when it's shattered. No.. this is not what I want to vent, but I know how we can control ourselves or improve our control so that we can create a mindset that is much more mature and wise in behavior, this is often referred to as "Stoicism". What's mean? and how am I supposed to do with this Shit-situation?
